They get your hopes up
Cons:
Sends you assignments, hours after the assignment needs to be done then tells you the company went in another direction and they'll keep you in mind. Never received a phone call, only emails. Never answers your calls, nor do they call back.

My pay was shorted by 8 hours because of a company shift change and I brought this to the on-site manager and she told me to call the mmca center. They opened a ticket a month after my pay was short. Then told me I would get paid for it in 3 days or so. Never got it. That was first week in jan. It's now almost march. Called mmca again and they have still not fixed it.
Advice:
Get a manager on-site that knows how to take care of issues and actually will respond to the reps concerns. It takes 3 to 4 emails and getting an allstate person involved to get her to respond

No pay raise in 2 + years of working with them have to work 1800 hours with other stipulations to receive holiday pay do not care at all about their employees

Rude to employees Treat you like garbage Incredibly unorganized Always losing your information
